Ingredients
- 90 ml (3 oz) Gin
- 90 ml (3 oz) Syrup
- 300 ml (10 oz) Water
- 1 Jasmine Blooming Flower
- 0.5 Tbsp. Dried Lavender Buds
- 25 g (0.9 oz) Galangal, thinly sliced
- 1 Lemongrass stalk, cut lengthwise and in 4's
- Lemon peel from 1 lemon
Build Method
- Combine the Gin, Syrup, and Water in the lower part of a hot siphon infusion device
- Combine all other ingredients in the top part of the hot siphon infusion device.
- Begin the heating process to lower chamber.
- Allow all ingredients to infuse, and capture cocktail in lower chamber.
- Transfer cocktail to glass with ice, and enjoy.
