An iconic Italian aperitif. Bitter, sweet and botanical combine in a symphony evoking the essence of la dolce vita.

Ingredients

  • 1 oz gin
  • 1 oz Campari
  • 1 oz Sweet Vermouth

Build Method

  1. Add all ingredients to a glass with ice, stir until the exterior of glass is chilled
  2. Garnish with orange peel or wheel (optional)
